AJ Traders is a private firm established in 2016 that acts as a merchant exporter of agriculture products. AJ Traders also exports mangoes to the UK, Canada, and Gulf countries. The company also has its own import firm in Canada. This is our noble business. My mother and father have been doing this business for a long time. We are from Unja, Saurastra, and spices cropping and selling is in our blood. We are well aware of the quality of the spices. My parents have been running a small business under the name “Sharda Ba Na Mashala” but the quality of spices we offer is the best in the market. We took the business to the next level by starting research, collecting data, and importing quality spices from different states according to their farming. We started selling these goods to the local market and received an overwhelmingly positive response from customers. We started receiving demands from abroad, so we decided to take the next step and register with the Indian Spice Board and also get a license for agricultural exports. We have direct retail outlets in Canada and the USA. To provide the best quality at the best price, we started contacting farmers from different states and achieved great success.

We started our journey by contacting farmers from different states in order to get the best quality products at the best price. We were successful in contacting 100+ farmers and established direct contact with them. This journey led us to mangoes, and we started exporting mangoes to Canada and the UK. We have been exporting mangoes for a few years now and have received great feedback. We are expanding our business every year.
During the pandemic, all business strategies were changed. People were losing jobs, and businesses were facing losses. At that time, we took a lead and provided a kit of daily-used spices and some Ayurvedic medicines which provide immunity to the human body. In lockdown, we set up a store with time limitations of the government and provided daily need items at a very cheap price.
